I’ve known Mary for a few years only in social settings. We started using
her service in February 2016. Before staying with our pets, she came over a
few times to get familiar with them, the house and the area we live in. She
is highly dependable and always does what she says she will do. I think the
biggest thing is, I completely trust her. She has a key to my house but,
more importantly, I completely trust her with my Fur babies. She loves them
and it shows in how they respond to her. Mary took excellent care of the fur
babies and upon returning home, the house was clean! It was a wonderful
feeling to walk into my house knowing our fur babies were well cared for and
loved while we were away. And the house was as we left it, clean and fresh.

What a relief! After recently relocating with my 2 senior kitties
to the suburb of Penfield, NY, one of my biggest concerns was, "What will I
do when I travel?" I was leaving behind a trusted pet sitter and venturing
into new territory. Not only did I not have a pet sitter, but my kitties
were still recovering from the transition of the old house to new. This was
all different for them as well. Mary was wonderful! Prior to the my trip,
Mary came to my home, met with me and spent time getting to know both
kitties and their routines. She asked questions that I never even thought to
answer and, ultimately, put my mind at ease from the beginning.
About a week before my trip, my beautiful Sophie came down with an upper
respiratory infection and needed eye drops and vitamins while I was away.
Mary made another trip to my home and watched as I showed her how to put the
eye drops in. She assured me they would be fine and would get it done. The
day of departure came and Mary was flexible and accommodating in terms of
visits to the home. She came in the afternoon of the day we left, and sent
pictures and video clips of both kitties to put my mind at ease. As soon as
I saw the pictures and video clips, I was able to relax. I just knew the
kitties were in good hands. Mary provided me with daily updates and truly
spent time with both kitties, giving them the attention I would if I were
there.
I can not even express how grateful I am to have found Mary! I will
definitely be calling her again for my pet sitting needs. Confidential,
professional and caring, Mary was everything I could've asked for and more.

Mary is absolutely the best! She came to pet sit our dog Echo, who is like
our four paw child. Words can not express enough how amazing Mary is. She
went above and beyond. I was missing Echo so much during our trip and Mary
sent me pictures of him and kept my mind at ease. Mary is honest, hard
working, attentive and truly a joy to both us and Echo. When we arrived
home, Mary had given us a welcome home plant and Echo was so happy with
Mary's love and attention that he was sad when she left. I look forward to
having Mary stay at our home again and Echo's looking forward to his next
'vacation' with her. It made our vacation perfect knowing how much love and
care Echo was getting back home from Mary. She is the best at what she does

“A little over a year ago, my husband & I had to move out-of-town due to him losing his job. This
decision was extremely difficult because my Mom, now in her late 70’s, wasn’t coming with us. While her
health has always been good, not being there should she ever need something weighed heavy on my mind.
I felt guilty for leaving her and though the job loss wasn’t his fault, I felt resentment toward my
husband for making us move.
Then just last month, my worst fears became a reality. I received a call that my Mom had fallen, hit
her head and was being taken to the hospital. The call was short and I was unable to get any specifics
on her condition. All I knew is which hospital she was going to. I was at a loss and as each minute
passed, I was getting more upset and angry that I wasn’t there with my Mom!
I reached out to friends in the area yet no one was available to help. I just wanted someone to be there
with her so she wouldn’t feel alone. I decided to turn to social media for help and posted a message on
Facebook asking for any recommendations. Within minutes, two separate responses came back suggesting I
contact "Respitely Seeking Mary".
I called and it was clear Mary understood the dilemma I was facing. She listened to my concerns and was
empathetic to the situation. Without hesitation, she agreed to help and it was then I knew my prayers
had been answered. Mary stayed with Mom in the hospital for hours while keeping me up to date on her
condition. She kept me informed about the tests being done and why. And then when Mom was kept overnight
for observation, Mary went back the next day, on her own time, even stopping at the store to pick up a few
essentials for her.
Words cannot express the gratitude I feel for the comfort and peace of mind Mary brought that night; not only
to my Mom but to me and my husband. Much of the fear, resentment and frustration I’d been harboring due
to the move was alleviated that night.
I continue to utilize her services for my Mom and have since referred her to friends who also live out-of-town
whose parents still live in the Rochester area.
She’s a genuine, compassionate, reliable, trustworthy woman who truly cares about others and I’m lucky to have
found her!
